Stockholm's SL network (metro/Tunnelbana, buses, commuter trains) is efficient — single ticket SEK 42, 75-min transfer included; 24-hour pass around SEK 175, buy via the SL app. Arlanda Express reaches ARN in 20 min for SEK 340; the SL commuter train (pendeltåg) is slower but ~SEK 156. Bolt and Uber both operate in Stockholm, Gothenburg and Malmö alongside Taxi Stockholm and Taxi Kurir — always confirm the flat "jämförpris" sticker as taxi fares are deregulated.

Domestic travel: SJ operates fast trains Stockholm–Gothenburg (~3h) and Stockholm–Malmö (~4.5h). SAS, Norwegian and BRA cover internal flights; Snälltåget and FlixBus run cheaper long-distance options.
