Ukraine — Neighborhoods
Kyiv — pre-war nightlife clustered on Khreshchatyk, Bessarabska Square and Podil (from Andriivskyi Uzviz down to Kontraktova Ploshcha); centre venues now shut before the 00:00 curfew and reopen after 05:00. Lviv — the Rynok Square Old Town and the Krakivska/Serbska corridor hold most bars and hotels, and the city absorbs the largest inflow of internally displaced people and foreign correspondents. Odesa — Deribasivska and the Arcadia beach strip historically anchored adult tourism but face regular missile and drone strikes, and the local curfew is tighter than Kyiv's. Kharkiv and Zaporizhzhia are frontline cities; travel there is press- or aid-work only.
