Pakistan — Neighborhoods

This is not a scene to map, and it will not be invented here. Pakistan is largely dry and has no licensed adult venues in the Western sense; nightlife in Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad centres on restaurants, cafés, private gatherings and hotel hospitality. Lahore's historic Heera Mandi (Shahi Mohalla) beside the Badshahi Mosque is frequently cited, but it is best understood today as a heritage and food quarter tied to the old courtesan tradition, and it is heavily surveilled — approach it as social history, not a red-light destination. Any implied informal scene is exactly where entrapment, extortion and trafficking risk concentrate, and because extramarital sex is itself criminal, the legal exposure applies everywhere in the country.
