Cards are accepted almost everywhere, though some kiosks, small bars and bus fares still want cash; ATMs are plentiful — decline dynamic currency conversion and any 'zero-commission' street exchange machines, which build the margin into the rate. Tipping is 5–10% in restaurants if no service charge is added, nothing expected in bars. Paceville entry is usually free (promoters push drink deals instead), so budget goes on drinks, not doors.
