Fiji — Visa & Airports

Most Western nationals (US, UK, EU, Canada, Australia, NZ) receive a free visitor permit on arrival, valid up to four months, with an onward ticket and proof of funds/accommodation required. Extensions are possible through the Department of Immigration.

Nadi (NAN) handles nearly all long-haul traffic with direct links to Australia, NZ, the US west coast and Asia; Nausori (SUV) near Suva is mainly domestic and regional. Nadi arrivals are relaxed — SIM counters (Vodafone, Digicel) and taxi/transfer desks sit before the exit.
