Travel Companion Contract Template

Editable template for paid travel companion arrangements with jurisdiction notes.

What this template covers

A paid travel-companion arrangement involves a client engaging a companion for multi-day travel. This template structures the agreement to clarify expectations, financial terms, what\'s included, jurisdiction considerations, and exit conditions. This is not a legal contract for sexual services — in most jurisdictions such a contract would be unenforceable. The template structures the relationship explicitly to avoid legal ambiguity while clarifying mutual expectations.

How to use this template

  1. Fill in specific details — names, dates, destinations, amounts.
  2. Agree both parties\' interpretation before signing.
  3. Don\'t modify to include explicit sexual obligations — that changes legal status in most jurisdictions.
  4. Both parties keep signed copies.
  5. Match the framework to your destination — adjust for local legal context.

Common modifications

  • Tier-based pricing — different rates for "in public" vs "private" time.
  • Activity-specific clauses — separate fees for specific events.
  • Travel-specific allowances — shopping budget; wardrobe allowance.
  • Specific cancellation terms — penalty for late cancellation.

Legal context warnings

Specific jurisdictions where this framework is more or less applicable:

  • Germany, Netherlands, regulated EU markets — works straightforwardly.
  • UK, US, Australia, Canada — applicable; framework structures the relationship to be lawful.
  • Nordic Model countries (FR, NO, SE, IE, IS, CA) — companion-arrangement may be interpreted differently if intent of paid sexual services is established. Be careful with framing.
  • Restrictive jurisdictions (UAE, Saudi, etc.) — don\'t rely on contract framework; legal context too restrictive.
