Jet-Lag Calculator
Long-haul tourists routinely under-perform on day one. This tool estimates when you\'ll be sober, alert, and decision-ready — so you don\'t blow the trip in the first 24 hours.
How this works
Rule-of-thumb adjustment time is roughly one day per time zone for eastbound, two-thirds of a day for westbound. Light exposure (or avoidance) at the right local time is the single biggest accelerator. Avoid alcohol on day one — dehydration compounds jet-lag and impairs judgement during the highest-risk part of an adult-tourism trip.
