Euro. Finland is close to cashless — contactless card or phone works everywhere including market stalls and buses, and many bars are card-only; if you want cash, Otto is the ubiquitous ATM network. Tipping is not expected anywhere and rounding up is the most anyone does. Budget for high prices: alcohol is heavily taxed, and nightclubs commonly charge both a door fee and a mandatory coat-check (narikka) fee of a few euros in winter.
