Denmark — Visa & Airports

Denmark is in the Schengen Area. US, UK, Canadian, Australian, and NZ passport holders enter visa-free for up to 90 days in any 180-day period; ETIAS pre-authorisation is being phased in for visa-exempt travellers and should be checked before departure. Passports must be valid for at least three months beyond the intended departure date.

Copenhagen Airport (CPH, Kastrup) is the main hub and one of the busiest in Northern Europe, with direct Metro and rail links to the city and across the Øresund Bridge to Sweden. Billund (BLL) in Jutland serves budget carriers and Legoland traffic; Aarhus (AAR) is smaller and mostly regional. Passport control on arrival from non-Schengen origins is generally efficient.
