Canada — Neighborhoods

Toronto — the Church-Wellesley Village is the historic LGBTQ hub; Yonge Street between Dundas and Bloor has long-standing strip clubs and adult retail. Montréal — the Gay Village (Rue Sainte-Catherine Est around Beaudry) and the Quartier des Spectacles concentrate nightlife; Rue Sainte-Catherine downtown holds most of the city's strip clubs, which are unusually licensed for full nudity with alcohol.

Vancouver — Davie Village is the LGBTQ corridor; Granville Street's "Entertainment District" is the mainstream club strip. Calgary and Edmonton — 17 Ave SW and Whyte Ave respectively for bars. Downtown Eastside in Vancouver has visible street-level sex work and open drug use; not a tourist zone.
