Legal Name vs Work Name

Most providers (and many clients) maintain a separate work-facing identity. This guide is the operational manual: what crosses, what doesn\'t, and the workarounds that keep both worlds intact.

What Stays in Each World

Legal name only: passport, driver\'s licence, bank accounts, tax filings, employment, rental leases, utility accounts, court orders, marriage licence, medical records, employer insurance.
