Back from Puerto Rico. 3-day trip. Here's my breakdown:
Accommodation: Serviced apartment near the action. $60/night.
Scene: Not as busy as hoped but still good.
Prices: slightly higher than last time.
Highlights: Nightlife area was incredible.
Overall: 7/10.
