Language barrier in Turkey — worth learning basics?

Turkey trip report — 12 days

Arrived and got settled quickly. Uber worked great. Hotel was surprisingly nice for the price.

Days 1-2: Explored, got the lay of the land. Got some good intel from a local.

Days 3-10: Quality improved once I knew where to look. Found my rhythm. The main strip area was the sweet spot.

Prices: $80-120 for quality. Prices are pretty fixed.

Tips: Be respectful and tip well.

Return? Absolutely — already planning next trip.
