Quick question for Uruguay regulars — anything changed recently?

Was there 6 months ago and had a great time but heard things are quieter.

Worth going back or try somewhere new?

Any daytime restaurant recommendations?

First time there was overwhelming but exciting. Second time I knew the ropes and it was much better. Like most places, experience makes all the difference.
