Your First 24 Hours in Tokyo — Hour-by-Hour

Tokyo is partially cash-economy. Withdraw ¥ from 7-Eleven, Lawson, or Family Mart ATMs (accept foreign cards). Japan Post Bank ATMs also work. ¥50,000-100,000 covers a substantial adult-tourism evening.

Hour 14-18: Provider research

Tokyo's premium-tier adult-tourism is agency-mediated rather than platform-mediated. Universe Club (for foreigners; substantial membership cost), specific delivery health agencies, Kabukichō walk-up venues, or papa-katsu app booking. Verification expectations differ from Western markets.

Hour 18-22: First evening

Lowest-friction first-evening: pre-arranged Universe Club introduction (cost substantial but provides English-speaking intermediation) OR delivery-health (deri-heru) booking via accommodating English-speaking agency. Cost ¥30,000-100,000 typical for evening.

Hour 22-24: Return

Tokyo transit stops around 00:30; budget for taxi or capsule hotel if late.
