Visited Ecuador for 5 days. Solid experience. Scene is quieter but worthwhile. Pricing up slightly.

Spent $127/day. Best part: friendliness.

Overall: 9/10. Would return.

This is outdated info IMO. Things have changed since the new laws came in. Current prices are higher than what's described here.
