Visited Chile for 12 days. Great experience. Scene is as described. Pricing up slightly.

Spent $128/day. Best part: GFE quality.

Overall: 9/10. Exceeded expectations.

AMA.

Interesting take but I think you overpaid. Try going midweek next time.

Hmm, I had a different experience. Prices were lower when I went. Maybe timing matters.

Agreed on all points. Make sure to book hotels in advance.

This is outdated info IMO. Things have changed since the new laws came in. Current prices are higher than what's described here.

Good info. I'd add that going during the week is much better — less crowded, better prices.

I was there in March and prices were great value.

Spent about $82/day all-in. Quality was good.

My tip: go early evening for best selection.

I was there in February and prices were exactly as described.

Spent about $74/day all-in. Quality was excellent.

My tip: avoid weekends.
