Returned from 7 days in Brazil.

Accommodation:
Mid-range hotel near the action. $58/night.

Scene:
Quieter but worthwhile. Negotiation possible.

Highlights:
GFE was next level.

Overall: 8.5/10 - Solid destination.

Happy to answer questions.

I was there in January and prices were slightly higher.

Spent about $147/day all-in. Quality was excellent.

My tip: midweek is golden hour.

This is outdated info IMO. Things have changed since the pandemic. Current prices are higher than what's described here.
