Has anyone been to Israel recently? Looking for the latest intel.
Specifically interested in:
- Current price ranges
- Best areas right now
- Any safety concerns to be aware of
- New venues worth checking out
I was there a while back and had a mixed time. Wondering if things have changed.
Any recent trip reports would be helpful.
Cheers

Also recommend downloading Maps.me before you go. Essential.

I was there in last month and prices were exactly as described. Spent about $100/day all-in.
My tip: midweek is much better.

Agreed on all points. Make sure to get a local SIM.

Been there 5 times now. Still one of my top destinations. The quality is what keeps me coming back.

Word of caution — some online profiles are fake. Other than that, great destination.

How long did it take to feel comfortable and find the good spots?

I was there in February and prices were slightly higher. Spent about $50/day all-in.
My tip: try the local spots away from tourists.
