How long did it take you to find the good spots?

I was there in January and can add some detail:

Prices: Exactly as described. I spent about $50/day on the hobby side.

Girls: International mix. Quality was varied.

My favorite spot was a place recommended by another member here.

One tip: Go early in the evening for first pick.

This matches my experience. South Africa is underrated.

How's the daytime scene there compared to the Philippines?

100% agree. The value there is hard to beat.

Adding to this thread with my own experience from February:

I noticed some changes since my last visit in 2023.

Biggest change: More girls working online now.

Still a great destination. 8/10 from me.
