Accommodation:
Guesthouse near the main area. $46/night. Quiet area but close to the action.
Scene:
Busy and well-organized. Prices were great value.
Quality:
Better selection than last time. Had 5 encounters total.
Logistics:
Taxis are cheap but negotiate first. Food was cheap and delicious.
Safety:
Felt safe throughout.
Overall: 7.5/10. Already planning next trip.
