Returned from 7 days in Trinidad & Tobago. Great trip overall.

Accommodation:
Guesthouse near the main area. $43/night. Quiet area but close to the action.

Scene:
About what the forum described. Prices were great value.

Quality:
Girls were friendly and attractive overall. Had 5 encounters total.

Logistics:
Taxis are cheap but negotiate first. Food was cheap and delicious.

Safety:
Used common sense and had no problems.

Overall: 7.5/10. Solid choice, will be back.

Happy to answer any questions.

Been there 5 times now. Still one of my top destinations. The friendly atmosphere is what keeps me coming back.

How long did it take to feel comfortable and find the good spots?

Also recommend downloading Maps.me before you go. Essential.

Word of caution — some online profiles are fake. Other than that, great destination.

I was there in February and prices were slightly higher. Spent about $150/day all-in.

My tip: try the local spots away from tourists.

First time was a learning experience. Second time was 10x smoother. Experience makes all the difference.

Good info. Going during the week is much better — less crowded and better prices.
