Returned from 6 days in Lebanon. Mixed feelings but mostly positive.

Accommodation:
Budget hotel near the main area. $30/night. Walking distance to everything.

Scene:
Better than expected — plenty of options. Prices were fair for the quality.

Quality:
Varied — some great, some average. Had 7 encounters total.

Logistics:
Taxis are cheap but negotiate first. Eating out was very affordable.

Safety:
Used common sense and had no problems.

Overall: 9/10. Would definitely return.

Happy to answer any questions.

I was there in February and prices were exactly as described. Spent about $150/day all-in.

My tip: try the local spots away from tourists.

Adding my experience: scene has stayed the same since pre-COVID. Biggest change: better quality.

Word of caution — watch out for taxi scams at the airport. Other than that, great destination.

First time was a learning experience. Second time was much better. Experience makes all the difference.

Been there 8 times now. Still one of my top destinations. The friendly atmosphere is what keeps me coming back.

Word of caution — do not carry too much cash. Other than that, great destination.
