Has anyone been to UAE / Dubai recently? Looking for the latest intel.
Specifically interested in:
- Current price ranges
- Best areas right now
- Any safety concerns to be aware of
- Best hotels near the scene
I was there a while back and had a great time. Wondering if things have changed.
Keen to hear from anyone who has been recently.
Cheers

Word of caution — be careful with street touts. Other than that, great destination.

I was there in last month and prices were great value. Spent about $80/day all-in.
My tip: avoid weekends.

How long did it take to feel comfortable and find the good spots?

Word of caution — watch out for taxi scams at the airport. Other than that, great destination.

Did you use freelancers or find girls at the hotel?
