Quick question for the Phuket regulars — has anything changed in the last few months?

I was there 6 months ago and had a great time but I've heard things are quieter than usual.

Worth going back or should I try somewhere new?

Cheers

Adding my experience from February.

The scene has changed a bit since pre-COVID. Biggest change: more online activity.

I'd rate it similarly. Solid 7/10 destination.

I was there in February and prices were exactly as described.

Spent about $146/day all-in. Quality was good.

My tip: go early evening for best selection.

Agreed on all points. Make sure to book hotels in advance.

Not sure I agree about that area. I found a different part to be better value.

I was there in March and prices were exactly as described.

Spent about $59/day all-in. Quality was good.

My tip: the late night crowd is different.
