Back from General Information. Spent 5 days, here's the breakdown:
Accommodation: Mid-range hotel near the action. $55/night.
Scene: Not as busy as I hoped but still good.
Prices: On par with forum reports.
Highlights: Met an amazing girl on day 3 — spent 3 days together.
Overall: 8.5/10 — exceeded expectations.
Ask me anything.

I was there in March and prices were great value.
Spent about $117/day all-in. Quality was good.
My tip: the late night crowd is different.

This is outdated info IMO. Things have changed since the pandemic. Current prices are about the same than what's described here.
