Visited West Coast for 10 days. Enjoyable experience. Scene is as described. Pricing fair.

Spent $132/day. Best part: ease of arranging.

Overall: 9/10. Exceeded expectations.

Excellent write-up. This is why this forum is the best resource out there.

Not sure I agree about that area. I found downtown to be better value.

How long did it take to feel comfortable and find the good spots?

Adding my experience from last month.

The scene has improved since pre-COVID. Biggest change: more online activity.

What was your total spend roughly? Trying to budget for mine.

I was there in January and prices were slightly higher.

Spent about $58/day all-in. Quality was above average.

My tip: midweek is golden hour.

Hmm, I had a different experience. Prices were lower when I went. Maybe timing matters.
