Quick question for the China regulars — has anything changed in the last few months?
I was there last year and had a great time but I've heard new venues have opened.
Worth going back or should I try somewhere new?
Cheers

Good info. I'd add that going during the week is much better — less crowded, better prices.

I was there in January and prices were exactly as described.
Spent about $108/day all-in. Quality was excellent.
My tip: avoid weekends.

Not sure I agree about that area. I found downtown to be better value.

I'd rate it similarly. Solid 9/10 destination.

I'd also recommend downloading Maps.me before you go. Essential.

I was there in January and prices were slightly higher.
Spent about $64/day all-in. Quality was excellent.
My tip: go early evening for best selection.
