Visited Mexico for 12 days. Enjoyable experience. Scene is quieter but worthwhile. Pricing excellent value.

Spent $62/day. Best part: ease of arranging.

Overall: 8/10. Solid destination.

What was your total spend roughly? Trying to budget for mine.

Hmm, I had a different experience. Prices were lower when I went. Maybe timing matters.

This is outdated info IMO. Things have changed since the new laws came in. Current prices are higher than what's described here.

Spot on with the prices. That matches what I paid in February.

With respect, my experience was more mixed. But maybe I went at the wrong time.

How does it compare to Thailand?

I was there in March and prices were exactly as described.

Spent about $92/day all-in. Quality was above average.

My tip: the late night crowd is different.

Quick question — how was the hotel security?

Adding my experience from February.

The scene has changed a bit since pre-COVID. Biggest change: better quality overall.
