I visited Romania recently for 5 days and had a solid experience.
The scene is Slightly quieter but worthwhile. Excellent value.
Spent about $72/day on the hobby side. Best part was the quality of the GFE.
Overall: 7.5/10. One of my favourites.

This is outdated info IMO. Things have changed since the new laws came in. Current prices are higher than what's described here.
