I visited Romania recently for 12 days and had a really enjoyable experience.
The scene is Scene has improved recently. Pricing was fair.
Spent about $119/day on the hobby side. Best part was the variety.
Overall: 9/10. Would definitely return.

This is outdated info IMO. Things have changed since the new laws came in. Current prices are higher than what's described here.
