I visited Romania recently for 7 days and had a great experience.
The scene is Slightly quieter but worthwhile. Excellent value.
Spent about $138/day on the hobby side. Best part was the friendliness.
Overall: 8.5/10. One of my favourites.

This is outdated info IMO. Things have changed since last year. Current prices are higher than what's described here.
